Name: frankfromnj Location: Review Summary : Speed improvements and uses less system resources Review : This is a welcome upgrade from the previous version. Trend Micro anti-virus already tends to use less resources than some of the other options but this upgrade gets even better. The only time you even notice that it is installed is when it is upgrading or you have told it to scan your system and that is only because of the window on your screen. It does not slow down your system at any noticeable rate. Also, it scans your system much faster than previous versions of this software.

A month later I saw that it had an "untreatable" virus. My computer proceeded to get progressively worse and a computer expert my mom knows said that the virus took over the antispyware. proving my point at how useless this one is. Now I have to get a new computer. Definitely won't be buying Trend Micro again.
