No complaints about the software. It works great, as I have yet to have a virus it couldn't handle. I like a product that I hardly even know its there. Does not over take my system like so many of the other brands I've had. Very happy and satisfied with this AV software. Rated 5-stars
Name: Albert R. Lecou Location: LA, CA USA Review Summary : Failed to Load Review : I had the previous edition and it was due for renewal. I ordered the 2010 3-license version. I loaded the 2010 program and it immediately stated that the NEW program was seriously out of date and that I had a choice of loading the out of date program and then getting the updates or just bypassing this version and downloading from the site. It played havoc with my computer and I could not get it to function. I returned it. I did not have any problems with the 2009 version.

Wade Location: Review Summary : Doesn't Do It All Review : What a disappointment it was to find out, after I bought this program, that it doesn't perform the full range of protection functions that Norton Internet Security does. True - it doesn't take up as much room on my PC's hard drive as does Norton; however, I'd rather have a larger program that protects my computer completely than a smaller program that leaves a gaping hole in my Internet protection. I didn't even install the program - just put it back in the box and donated it. I've since gone back to Norton.
