Real User Review:Name: sunny3818 Location: PA USA Review Summary : AVG sabotage Review : A computer professional installed AVG on a computer I purchased from him, after the subscription expired, I kept getting reminders to re-purchase the AVG product, when I didn't re-purchased, the AVG totally froze every file, giving me a message my computer was infected with virus, I proceeded to take the computer to a professional, he uninstalled the AVG and told me this was their way of forcing me to make a purchase and give them my credit card number, the computer didn't have a virus, it was a AVG sabotoge, he said this is a common practice for this company.

United States Review Summary : Don't waste your money Review : After installing this anti-virus on my computer it froze down all the programs and basically the computer itself. As they claim I attempted to contact the customer service which is suppoose to be 24/7. However little I knew they are located in Australlia. You have to e-mail them and wait for a call. Well it has been more than two months and what do you know NO CALL??? It is next to imposable to remove this program. My computer finally crashed and I lost every single thing on it. Please do your self a big favor DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
